Dunstable Man Stabbed In Shopping Precinct

A large police operation's taken place today in Dunstable town centre after reports a person's been stabbed.

Bedfordshire Police say were called to reports of someone suffering stab wound injuries in Ashton Square in Dunstable at around 1240pm.

The individual has been taken to hospital; his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

For a time, shops around the McColl's Newsagents were cordoned off and later officers told Heart there had been two arrests.
