Forty Days Of Summer At Essex Parks
With the summer heat finally here the Essex County Council are running a £10 summer offer for unlimited parking at any of their managed parks during August.
The £10 parking ticket can be used at Weald and Thorndon in Brentwood, Great Notley in Braintree, Cudmore Grove on Mersea Island near Colchester, Belhus Woods in Ockendon and Hadleigh and Danbury Country Parks. Per visit car parking at the parks usually ranges from £2.20 - £3.00 so the £10 summer ticket offers great value for money during the summer!
For all 40 Days of Summer the country parks will be offering a vast array of activities from FREE outdoor fun every Wednesday at Danburywith Wild Wednesday to the Big Dig at Cressing and Family Camping at Hadleigh, while over at Thorndon children can take part in Spy High or at Cudmore Grove search for ancient fossils, and then every Monday at Great Notley families can enjoy inflatable fun with ‘Go Bonkers’.
