Shecky Greene. Shecky Greene, the legendary stand-up comedian best known for his lengthy tenure headlining in Las Vegas, has died at the age of 97. Greene died of natural causes at his Las Vegas home, his wife Miriam Musso Greene confirmed to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. After beginning his comedy career performing throughout the Midwest and New Orleans, Greene’s agent persuaded him to go to Las Vegas in 1954 to open for Dorothy Shay.

Washington father-of-six killed in 'road rage shooting'

A father of six - and dad to a University of California Berkeley football star - was killed in a 'road rage shooting' in Washington state.  Shawn Jemtegaard, 42, was shot in Lacey, Washington on April 22 when he was reportedly cut off by pizza delivery driver Aaron Patrick Costello, 48, in traffic.  At the time of the fatal road rage incident, the man's 13-year-old son was in the car and witnessed the shooting, his wife said in a bond hearing for the Costello.
